Thubten Rinchen Ling, Tibetan Buddhist Learning Center, is a small Buddhist Dharma Center established in the residence of our Founder, Venerable Geshe Yeshe Phelgye in 1991. Since the passing of our Geshela in 2017, our on-going mission is to provide a place, both online and in-person, where students of Tibetan Buddhism can connect, grow and progress in the development of their Dharma practices.
